PaJaMa DaY!!

Mrs. Rowan gave us a challenge at the beginning of our Boosterthon fundraiser this year that if we got pledges from all 50 states, our school would have a pajama day!!!  Well, we did it!!! AND, our class alone received pledges from 15 states and Mexico!!  WOW!!  Brown's Bears were amazing this year!!!!  The kids thoroughly enjoyed our pajama day on Friday!  Of course it didn't hurt that we also popped popcorn with Mrs. Webb's class for the end of our 5 Senses unit AND we had a birthday that day!!!  It was very exciting indeed!!

Lately....

I know it's been a while since I last updated!  Sorry!!  Things are progressing beautifully in room 302!  The kiddos are really picking up on the rules of the school and of the classroom.  There are many students in the class who have filled their first punch card on their lanyard!  If you don't know what I'm talking about, ask your child!  They can tell you all about it!  :)  This week we started our Literacy and Math Centers.  This is a huge deal in kinder!  We are also forming many new friendships!  The kids have really taken to each other and are getting along great!
